Hello, and welcome to the |H|H| Regulars. By now you have been playing on our server for some time, and having demonstrated your skills and respect for the |H|H| community you have been awarded the @H|H tag.

Being a Reg is a step-up from your previous day-to-day fragging. You are no longer a lone mercenary camping your way through the ether, you are now part of a group dedicated to team play, fairness and above all having a laugh. To get you used to playing on the HH servers we have compiled a short list of hints, tips and rules to help you become the uber-god we all want you to be.

1. Know and obey the server rules. This applies even when you are playing on other servers.
Remember, you are a Reg now, so wear the tag with pride and help uphold the good reputation of the |H|H| Gaming Community.

2. Be welcoming, friendly and respectful to all players

3. Don't swear, flame or be abusive to other players on the server, in chat or over voice. If someone is being abusive inform an admin. Feel free to swear on Mumble though.

4. You must never use any Cheats, Hacks, Scripts or exploits on our or any other server even if there rules allow them as it could potentially tarnish our reputation.

6. Do not openly accuse someone of cheating. If you have your suspicions then let an admin know or point the particular player out on Mumble so that evidence can be gathered.

7. If the teams are uneven do what you can to even them.

8. When you can; do your best to answer questions other players have. Be helpful to people who seem confused or inexperienced.

9. Keep in-game voice-chat to a polite minimum, this should only really be used for tactical purposes. If you want to sing and swear then get on Mumble, if you don’t you’re missing half the fun.

10. Try and use Mumble, if you can, whenever you play. We really want to hear from you!

11. Have fun.

HH5 and Reg Admin
Thanks for your Support from all at the HH, it is very much appreciated. As a thank you to all you dedicated and friendly folk that make up the Hampshire Heavies loyal community we have decided to make HH5 the official @H|H regulars server! A place to organise and manage community matches, learn admin functions and to make home within a home.

Add HH5.THEHH.CO.UK to your server favourites!

All @H|H regulars now automatically get @H|H admin status on HH5, after 14 days of being signed up on the forum, and as long as we have a valid SteamID for you.

To use the administration facility bind a key to 'sm_admin', and then use this key to bring up the admin menu.

To do this open the in-game console and type bind "key" sm_admin where key is a key

@H|H admin status only applies to HH5.

@H|H admin status allows you to do the following; kick other players, punish other players (slap, slay, drug, etc.), change the map, execute config files (limited to a match config or standard config) and start or create votes.

@H|H admin status does not allow things like banning, enabling cheats or setting a server password.

However with this comes some responsibility. All admin actions on the server are logged. Any reported abuse of this status will result in the removal of admin status from the offending person.

We all want to have fun playing on the servers and we hope this new initiative will only increase this enjoyment, whilst improve the quality of the games played by allowing you to quickly and effectively deal with any problems.

If you think that you should have @H|H admin status but don't, then please check that you have your valid STEAMID in your user settings here>> http://www.hampshireheavies.co.uk/usersettings.php . After doing this then please wait for up to 1 hour for the @H|H admin status to be enabled.
