The Hampshire Heavies ETF2L Highlander Team - 'The Affable Ponies'

The Affable Ponies Highlander team will be officially representing the Hampshire Heavies in the upcoming ETF2L Highlander tournament.

Led by Sam, long time @H|H regular, the team roster consists of players from the |H|H| TF2 community and includes Bolt, Gimpster, Kinetik, Lazarus, Ntrailz, Ozku, Patch, Pete, Sam, Shuhei, Shyguy, Tox, Twiglet & Zeg.

Wish them well and follow their progress on our forum and on their ETF2L team page.

Hampshire Heavies Community Mumble Server


MumbleWe have a new community mumble server located at mumble.thehh.co.uk:50114

Mumble is an open-source voice server with low latency and great sound quality. It also has the ability to provide positional audio in a variety of games including TF2, BC2 & L4D2.

You can download the Mumble client from Sourceforge

The new server currently has 50 slots and is for use by the whole community. Our existing Ventrilo and league mumble servers will be shutdown soon.

DogFighter Goes Live! - A |H|H| Featured Game


Another |H|H| featured game goes live! Check out our tags on the wings of a 'Fleetfoot', one of the aircraft featured in DogFighter which is now available to buy via Steam.

Those lovely folks at DarkWater Studios have also given all beta testers an additional 3 days full access to the game. So if you received a beta key from the |H|H| then jump on and check out the retail version. You can also buy it at 25% discount until the end of this week.

Congratulations to DW Studios on their first game release!
